Knowledge about how the body works gives us greater control and freedom. After all, what is normal function? When is movement unsafe or damaging? When are we doing more harm than good?

…or you can take responsibility, and assess for yourself the relevance and ‘truth’ in any given field or arena
Basic but comprehensive instruction is given regarding normal function (what should be happening), the cause of the problem, and where the imbalance lies.
Anyone experiencing a problem should take responsibility for its resolution through rehabilitation.
